FOR ALL OTHER PARTICIPANTS: We kindly ask you to arrange the accommodation by yourself.

To take advantage of the University spiacial rates please book the hotel personally and inform the hotel management that you will attend the “Interdisciplinary workshop on supersolidity” organized by the University of trento, requesting the rates offered to the University’s guests.
Hotels will charge the special rate and also collect the Provincial tourist tax, which amounts to 0.50 to 2.50 euro per night based on the type of accommodation.
Information on your time of arrival and departure, cancellations and other changes must be transmitted to the hotel management.
